Weekly Roundup – 7/20/2013

What a week it was! From the onslaught on corporate earnings releases, to the Fed statements and Beige book release, to Detroit filing Chapter 9 bankruptcy, and the ridiculous heat wave that is smothering the North East there is certainly a lot to talk about. If you scroll down you will find links to some of the top news for the past week. Hopefully you will have some time to read them in a relatively cool place; no matter if it is hot or not the financial markets never rest.

As always, I strive to be your eyes and ears, and to be on the lookout for the financial events that matter, and how they matter to you.

Below is the podcast where I discuss these events and what they mean for you and your money. Give it a listen!
